Weekly Update

Thank you for a great meeting last week in my absence. Rob has informed me that 27 referrals were passed last week and 7 invites were handed in for Florists. I’m sure you will all agree that this dedicated effort will help us achieve our goals of growing the chapter to 35 members and £500,000 of business passed for the financial year. Please keep bringing the invite postcards as these will count as a contribution.

From the recent visitor activity we have 5 confirmed visitors tomorrow and a special mention for Craig who has 3 of those visitors attending. Please keep inviting those contacts.

Set up and packing away duty tomorrow is the AD Team. AKA Graham Brown and Rob Brown.

David Fowkes will be doing his 4 minute launch pad.

Tony Towers is our 10 minute speaker.

Also we are having our “60 second swap with a twist” tomorrow. Make sure you’ve got your notes you have written down over the last few weeks with regards to what type of business your members are looking for. When it is your turn I will be drawing a members card out and that is the 60 seconds you will be doing. Substitutes will do the normal 60 seconds of the member they are representing.

Remember, this is just for fun and is meant to be light hearted, however it’s a good way of getting feedback on how well fellow members interpret our 60 seconds.

In addition David will do his 4 minute launch pad at the end of the 60 seconds presentations. He will also be doing another members.

In light of the extra activity and the visitors we are expecting tomorrow I will be starting the meeting slightly earlier as 7.10am.
