Pete has recently mended a toilet for me, fitted a new kitchen tap, replaced an old outside tap and quoted for a new bath.

A few weeks ago Chris happened to mention in his 60 seconds that he was looking for people with faulty electrical appliances, specifically mentioning washing machines. I immediately filled out a referral form as the previous day my washer had decided to stop rinsing and spinning and had locked the door with my washing inside it.

When I moved into my house last April I discovered that the previous owners had left the beautiful Rangemaster cooker covered in grease and grime from roast dinners etc. For the first few months I was eating convenience food whilst I sorted the house out, so I didn’t use the oven.

I am writing to express my delight with the quality of the LED down-lighters I recently purchased from your company. The old spot lights I’ve replaced had a power rating of 50W which I have now managed to reduce to 2W with the new LED lights. That is 4% of the original power consumption which will certainly help bring down my annual electricity bill!

My past experience with energy efficient lighting has not been good. I have in the past found them to be dim with the quality of light being poor. That is certainly not the case with these new LED lights! The quality and brightness of the light is fantastic and ideal for the kitchen where they are used. Taking into consideration the energy savings and the significantly longer life span of the new lights, the investment in these LED lights is more than worthwhile.

It is good to know that I will now not have to continue changing down-lighters every other month! I’ve now been using the LED lights for a few months and they’re still going strong and have been absolutely trouble free. The trouble I previously had with the power supply to the lights over-heating causing the lights to intermittently turn on and off has also been solved with the new lights as they do not get hot like the old ones did.

After recently attending your “Strategic Marketing  Master Class” workshop I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the invaluable information and training I gained from it.
